Founder and Managing Partner
Tim has over 25 years’ experience in marketing private credit, distressed, private equity, venture capital, special situations and other alternative strategies in Europe and the United States.
Prior to Keel Harbour, Tim was Managing Director and Head of Europe at Forbes Private Capital.
Tim was previously Managing Director and Head of European Sales at Aladdin Capital Management, a credit asset manager whose assets reached $18 billion during Tim’s employment, where he was responsible for building the European asset management, broker dealer, and managed account businesses.
Tim was also a Director at Cheyne Capital where he was instrumental in founding Cheyne's non-ABS credit businesses and spent seven years at Goldman Sachs International, where he founded the credit dealer desk.
Before Goldman Sachs, Tim was a founding member of the illiquid credit group at CEDEF Assets.
Tim received a BA in History from Yale University.
Prior to joining Keel Harbour to advise on our European Sales Operations, Martin was at Terra Firma, which he joined in 2017 as the firm's Investor Relations Director responsible for Europe.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Martin had a successful 25-year career in investment banking. Most recently, he was Head of European Flow Fixed Income Sales at Nomura and a member of its Global Credit Business, Global Rates Business and EMEA Global Markets Executive Committees. Martin previously held senior sales management roles in the public debt markets as European Head of Credit Sales at both Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank. He began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he spent 12 years in a variety of finance roles.
Martin holds a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University.
Following 30 years of experience in fixed income sales and management, Allen is currently an independent investor primarily focussed on US Private Equity and Real Estate funds. He has also been a senior advisor to a number of start-up investment funds in Europe focussing on real estate and credit investments. Before becoming independent, Allen was most recently Head of European Financial Institution Sales at BNP Paribas, having previously been the European head of Fixed Income Sales at Royal Bank of Scotland.
Allen began his career at Goldman Sachs where he spent 17 years and held sales or sales management roles, including co- heading a multi-product solutions team covering European banks and co-heading emerging markets in London and New York.
Allen has an MBA from Stanford University and attended Dartmouth College.
Peter worked previously as Managing Director at the Presidio Group in San Francisco and as a Managing Director at Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company (PAAMCO) in Newport Beach.
He was Chief Investment Officer at the University of Chicago from 2005-2009, and a managing director at the Princeton University endowment from 2000-2005. Prior to Princeton University Peter worked as a trader and an analyst at a variety of financial services firms.
He received an A.B. in mathematics from Brown University and is a CFA Charter holder. He is a member of the investment committees of The Annenberg Foundation and the Rhode Island School of Design.
Managing Director, Sales, Northern & Central Europe
Claes has 30 years of financial markets and sales experience, during which time he has built and run a number of successful sales platforms focused on Northern and Central European clients.
Prior to working with Keel Harbour, Claes founded Arban Group, a fundraising platform focused on alternative investments. Clients included insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers and family offices across Germany, Austria, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
Claes previously worked at Silvia Quandt & Cie, where he was a Managing Director, with responsibility for the German and Scandinavian institutional and family office investors.
Prior to this, Claes was a consultant at Aladdin Capital Management, where he raised capital for in-house products. Claes began his career at Salomon Brothers, and spent time at Citibank, Lehman Brothers and UBS before being CEO and Founding Partner of Smith Jessen International.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the European Business School.
Bryan has extensive experience in business development across a range of alternative investment strategies; inclusive of private equity, private debt, hedge funds, venture capital & real estate, etc.
He has held senior roles at Stepstone Group (Director: private equity co-investment, private equity secondary, venture, and real estate), Stone Tower Capital (Product Manager: non-investment grade credit), Aladdin Capital (Managing Director: internal credit strategies and third-party alternatives) and J.H. Whitney Investment Management, LLC (Vice President: long/short equity and sector focused hedge fund of funds).
He has successfully raised c. $2.0bn in capital and served clients across every major region and channel with emphasis on family offices/wealth management, consultants, and private bank relationships in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
He received his A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
Raj has varied investment and advisory experience within finance, private equity, and real estate. He focuses on investor coverage and distribution efforts across the US and Europe.
Previously, he served as a member of Lone Star Fund's real estate acquisitions and underwriting team in New York and London, deploying capital in a range of US and European distressed debt investments. As part of PwC Advisory, he worked with investment banks on regulatory risk and restructuring efforts to meet emerging legislation requirements, FinTech products, and business development in new markets. He started his career as part of Deutsche Bank's healthcare M&A team and Penn Capital's investment research team.
Raj earned his Bachelors degree from Rutgers College, and holds a Masters degree in Finance from Cambridge University.
Lauren brings over 13 years of experience from Opal Group in New York City where as Sr. Vice-President of Business Development she built strategic partnerships for the firm’s family office and pension investment conferences business. During that time she developed extensive, long-standing relationships with managers, HNWI’s, family offices, pension funds and other institutions throughout the United States and elsewhere.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany.
Angela Enzo has a primary focus on accounts based in France, Spain and Italy.
Prior to Keel Harbour, Angela worked at Connexion Capital, a boutique advisor to institutional investors on investments in hedge funds and private equity funds. Angela previously worked at RiverRock European Capital Partners, an alternative asset manager founded by Dr. Roland Berger and specialized in private strategies, where she covered pan-European institutional sales. She started her career at Tyndaris LLP, a London based hedge fund, and focused on project management and fundraising opportunities. Angela holds a degree in Theoretical Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Milano.
Ramon is Founder and CEO of IGI Services. IGI Services operates as a placement agent, and represents foreign asset managers in Israel. The vast networking connections, and the years of experience in the Israeli capital markets, allow IGI's team to provide foreign asset managers, a one stop full service shop, in raising capital in the Israeli institutional market, as well as the private market through family offices and HNWI.
Prior to founding IGI, Ramon was Head of Real Estate Analysis at Leader Capital Markets in Tel Aviv, where he was also highly involved in the private equity and investment banking real estate transactions. Ramon has also been Head of Real Estate Investments at Nutrimenta Finance and Investments, as well as establishing the OCIF office in Bucharest, Romania. OCIF is a publicly listed real estate company in Israel.
Ramon holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics and Accounting. He started his career in the Corporate Finance team at KPMG.
Rachel joined Keel Harbour from Willis Towers Watson where she had responsibility for the relationship management and delivery of services for firm’s largest strategic trading partners.
Her experience at Willis Towers Watson included the management and design of global projects to aimed at developing and strengthening the trading relationships between the firm and major insurance counterparts. Previously Rachel worked as an analyst for NHS England focusing specifically on efficiency improvement projects. She is responsible for project management.
Rachel holds a BA in Economics with Spanish from the University of Nottingham.
Michael is a Partner at The Versant Group, a real estate focused asset management platform that invests in investment management platforms and other related businesses.
Prior to joining Versant in 2017, Michael served as a Managing Director of Fortress Investment Group, LLC., a firm he joined in 2009 having previously spent 10 years with Deutsche Bank where he was most recently a Managing Director in the Institutional Client Group with responsibility for the Bank’s largest North American clients.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 1999, Michael served as C0-Head of Mortgage Backed Securities Trading at Lehman Brothers where he started his career in 1986.
Michael graduated from St. Catherine’s College, Cambridge University with an undergraduate degree in Engineering Science and a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science.
Patrick is currently CEO of Fair Value Capital, an asset and capital sourcing company focusing primarily on FinTech, hotels, property and hard assets.
Prior to founding Fair Value Capital, Patrick was responsible for alternative credit investments including structured credit, commercial and residential mortgage related debt and distressed debt at Schroders.
Before this Patrick co-managed Pioneer CB Arbitrage hedge Fund, co-founded Credit Market Analysis (later sold to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange), and served as a Vice President in Merrill Lynch's EMEA group where he ran a proprietary trading business in structured credit.
Patrick read Classics at the University of Oxford.
Michael has over 25 years of investment banking experience and most recently was Head of Private Capital Solutions at Panmure Gordon plc.
Previously he was a Managing Director at Marsh and McClennan Companies (MMC) in New York and London where he was Head of the Global Telecoms, Media & Technology Industry Practice. Before MMC, Michael was Managing Director & Head of Global Telecoms, Media & Technology Investment Banking at ING Barings Limited, London. There he was also a member of the European Management Committee and Investment Committee for ING Barings Client Investment Fund. Prior to this, Michael was a Managing Director of Investment Banking at Bear Stearns.
Michael received a BA from Boston College and is an American National.
