Senior Managing Director, New York
Ray has over 2 decades of experience in fundraising, principal investment and capital raising across private equity, private credit, and real assets. He has also worked extensively in structured finance, renewable energy/energy storage/ESG, transportation, telecom, water/wastewater and social infrastructure.
Mr. Albright was a senior advisor at AMP Capital where he led the development of bespoke feeders and sourced mezzanine investment opportunities. He also led Global Environment Fund’s Clean Infrastructure Fund, advised New York Green Bank, and led CamberLink/Syncora’s infrastructure debt fund. Ray was a founding Principal of The Carlyle Group’s $1.12 billion Infrastructure Fund. Prior to Carlyle, he was head of structured finance syndicate and private placements at Citigroup, and a Senior Portfolio Manager at TIAA-CREF/Nuveen focused on sourcing, structuring and executing private credit, ABS, mezzanine and project finance investments. Mr. Albright has financed and invested in excess of $25 billion of capital on a global basis.
Mr. Albright earned an MBA from The Wharton School and an AB from Duke University. He holds Series 7 and 63.
Dan has over 25 years experience in management consulting, operations, finance and corporate development.
Prior to Keel Harbour, Dan has consulted to a variety of companies in the financial services and technology industries, advising both startups and large corporates.
Previously, Dan held senior corporate development, management and consultancy roles in the Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) industry at Microsoft, NCR, Motorola, Mirror Group Newspapers, and the UK mobile operator '3'.
Dan was awarded an MBA degree from the University of Oxford in England.
Nick brings over 5 years’ experience in raising capital for private equity funds previously at Champlain Advisors, a placement agent based in New York. In addition, Nick has been placing debt for commercial and major residential real estate developments.
Nick earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Southern University, as well as a BSc. in Aviation Technology.
Nick is an FAA licensed commercial pilot, flying private jets and is qualified on 9 different jet aircraft, although flying is now a hobby. He is co-founder of the annual charity event in Boca Raton, Wheels, Wings, & Fashion.
Christopher Cooke brings over twenty-five years of private equity experience providing strategic advice regarding fundraising and capital markets syndications.
Chris was previously Global Head of Fund Raising for C5 Capital and prior to that served as a Managing Director and Global Head of Private Capital Funds for HSBC Bank in London, where he worked with a variety of pension plan offices, sovereign wealth funds and fund of funds on a variety of North American, Asian and European private capital mandates.
Previously, Chris was a Managing Director of Greenhill, Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs, with a specialization in Leveraged Finance, High Yield and Private Capital Formation.
Chris holds an MBA from Fordham University and BA from Georgetown University.
Michael brings over 30 yrs of experience in capital markets sales and trading on Wall Street as well as institutional capital raising on the buy-side.
Prior to joining Keel Harbour on a full-time basis in 2020, Michael had been a Partner at The Versant Group, a commercial real estate loan origination and investment platform that was sold to a private equity firm. Until 2017 Michael served as a Managing Director and Partner of Fortress Investment Group, a firm he joined in 2009 having previously spent 10 years with Deutsche Bank where he was a Managing Director in the Institutional Client Group with responsibility for the bank’s largest North American clients. For 13 years, until 1999, Michael served as Co-Head of mortgage-backed securities trading at Lehman Brothers where he started his career in 1986.
Michael graduated from St. Catherine’s College, Cambridge University with an undergraduate degree in Engineering Science and a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science. At Cambridge, Michael represented the University 1st XV at rugby. Michael also earned a CFA designation. Finra Series 7, 9, 24, 63.
Tim has over 25 years’ experience in marketing private credit, distressed, private equity, venture capital, special situations and other alternative strategies in Europe and the United States.
Prior to Keel Harbour, Tim was Managing Director and Head of Europe at Forbes Private Capital.
Tim was previously Managing Director and Head of European Sales at Aladdin Capital Management, a credit asset manager whose assets reached $18 billion during Tim’s employment, where he was responsible for building the European asset management, broker dealer, and managed account businesses.
Tim was also a Director at Cheyne Capital where he was instrumental in founding Cheyne's non-ABS credit businesses and spent seven years at Goldman Sachs International, where he founded the credit dealer desk.
Before Goldman Sachs, Tim was a founding member of the illiquid credit group at CEDEF Assets.
Tim received a BA in History from Yale University.
Scott has over 15 years of investment and advisory experience within corporate finance and private equity. He has experience with deal origination, structuring, financial analysis, portfolio management, as well as fundraising both private and institutional capital. At Keel Harbour Scott focuses on investor coverage and distribution efforts across the southern and western US.
Scott began his career in financial services in 2005 as an Investment Banking Analyst Intern at Goldman Sachs. Following that he has held roles at SEI Investments, MTX Wealth Management, Greenblock Capital, and most recently at Noble Capital, a boutique investment banking firm based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Scott earned his Bachelors degree in Finance from Georgetown University and has an MBA from Syracuse University, where he was a member of the NCAA Division I National Championship winning Lacrosse team.
Nicolas Pourcelet has over 28 years of combined Investment Banking and Capital Markets experience spanning across the key financial centres in North America, Europe and Asia.
During his career, he has successfully advised large Institutional and Venture Capital clients for complex leveraged finance transactions and Capital raising initiatives.
Mr Pourcelet spent over 18 years with Lehman Brothers Inc where he held several key leadership positions including Managing Director – Europe, Chief Country officer for France and Head of the European Credit Business. He was a member of the firm’s European Fixed Income Operating Committee and Global Credit Steering Committee.
He subsequently joined the Mizuho Group, a leading Japanese Conglomerate, as a senior member of the Executive Committee, overseeing the Groups EMEA platform across Capital markets products.
Mr Pourcelet started his career in Finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert, specialising in High Yield and Mezzanine Finance. He is a graduate of McGill University and holds a Post Graduate degree from the London School of Economics (MSc). He is fluent in French, English, Italian, German and Hungarian.
Lauren brings over 13 years of experience from Opal Group in New York City where as Sr. Vice-President of Business Development she built strategic partnerships for the firm’s family office and pension investment conferences business. During that time she developed extensive, long-standing relationships with managers, HNWI’s, family offices, pension funds and other institutions throughout the United States and elsewhere.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Albany.
Following 30 years of experience in fixed income sales and management, Al is currently an independent investor primarily focussed on US Private Equity and Real Estate funds. He has also been a senior advisor to a number of start-up investment funds in Europe focussing on real estate and credit investments. Before becoming independent, Allen was most recently Head of European Financial Institution Sales at BNP Paribas, having previously been the European head of Fixed Income Sales at Royal Bank of Scotland.
Al began his career at Goldman Sachs where he spent 17 years and held sales or sales management roles, including co- heading a multi-product solutions team covering European banks and co-heading emerging markets in London and New York.
Al has an MBA from Stanford University and attended Dartmouth College.
Sr. Managing Director, Scandinavia, Germany and Northern Europe
Claes has 30 years of financial markets and sales experience, during which time he has built and run a number of successful sales platforms focused on Northern and Central European clients.
Prior to working with Keel Harbour, Claes founded Arban Group, a fundraising platform focused on alternative investments. Clients included insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers and family offices across Germany, Austria, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
Claes previously worked at Silvia Quandt & Cie, where he was a Managing Director, with responsibility for the German and Scandinavian institutional and family office investors.
Prior to this, Claes was a consultant at Aladdin Capital Management, where he raised capital for in-house products. Claes began his career at Salomon Brothers, and spent time at Citibank, Lehman Brothers and UBS before being CEO and Founding Partner of Smith Jessen International.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the European Business School.
Peter worked previously as Managing Director at the Presidio Group in San Francisco and as a Managing Director at Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company (PAAMCO) in Newport Beach.
He was Chief Investment Officer at the University of Chicago from 2005-2009, and a managing director at the Princeton University endowment from 2000-2005. Prior to Princeton University Peter worked as a trader and an analyst at a variety of financial services firms.
He received an A.B. in mathematics from Brown University and is a CFA Charter holder. He is a member of the investment committees of The Annenberg Foundation and the Rhode Island School of Design.
Anastasia began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Equity Sales in 2000, and brings over 20 years experience as both an advisor and investor in the financial services industry.
Prior to Keel Harbour, Anastasia had a career as a broadcast journalist at WLNY-NY, the CBS affiliate in Long Island, NY where she was a producer and writer, hosted a bi-weekly series, and anchored the live news broadcast on several occasions.
Anastasia has an MA in International Relations from Columbia University, and a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
Prior to Keel Harbour, Amy was a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual’s Jacksonville and Boca Raton offices. While working at Northwestern, she created strategic portfolios for high-net worth individuals across brokerage and advisory accounts by analyzing risk tolerance, taxes and time horizon among other factors.
Amy was raised in Winter Park, FL and received her MBA and Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from Florida State University. FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
